1. Digital Content Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases grant immediate access to downloadable content. As such, completed downloads are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:
• Duplicate transactions
• Technical errors preventing access or download
• Incorrect billing amounts
• Verified unauthorized or fraudulent charges
Refunds are not issued for:
• Successfully accessed or downloaded content
• User error
• Dissatisfaction with content
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us or our billing provider within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellation
If a subscription product is offered, customers may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges.
